Great Burstead and South Green Village Council consists of eight councillors and a part-time Clerk and RFO.
Village Councillors are elected for a four-year term, all giving their time freely and receiving no financial rewards for the time devoted to the Council and representing its residents.
The Village Council meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month and are held in the Committee Room of South Green Memorial Hall, starting promptly at 7.00 p.m. A copy of the agenda will be available for you to view three working days (including Saturdays) prior to the meeting, either on this website, or on the notice boards at The Green at South Green.
