Village Council Meetings
The Village Council meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month and meetings are held in the Committee Room of South Green Memorial Hall, starting promptly at 7.00 p.m. A copy of the agenda will be available for you to view three working days (including Saturdays) prior to the meeting, either on this website, or on the notice board at The Green at South Green.
If residents have any concerns they would like raised at these meetings they can contact the clerk via email: clerk@greatbursteadsouthgreen-vc.gov.uk
The next Village Council meeting will take place on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 7pm

Annual Parish Meetings
The 2025 Annual Parish Meeting took place on Wednesday 4th June at the South Green Memorial Hall.
